Join us for a special evening celebrating the elegant wines of Oregon’s renowned Willamette Valley. On Wednesday, April 1st at 6:00 PM, we invite you to experience Sips of Oregon, an exclusive multi-course wine dinner featuring thoughtfully curated pairings from Cooper Mountain Vineyards.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a seasonal menu crafted by Chef alongside a selection of Cooper Mountain’s celebrated wines, known for their expressive Pinot Noir, refined Chardonnay, and commitment to biodynamic farming. Each course has been carefully designed to highlight the character and terroir of these exceptional Oregon wines.
