45th Anniversary Charity Dinner

We are celebrating 45 years the only way we know how;By giving back to the community that has helped our restaurant flourish for the past 45 years.

On September 23rd, we will be hosting an exclusive charity dining experience

to benefit our favorite local charity, Loisann's Hope House.

At Loisann’s Hope House, everything they do is centered around one goal:

ensuring that no child has to grow up without a safe place to call home.

As the Fredericksburg region’s oldest and largest family homeless shelter,

they exist to walk alongside families during their most vulnerable moments, offering stability, compassion, and a path home.

Our Exclusive Dining Event features a

6pm cocktail hour

Serving up two specialty cocktails

glasses of Potomac Point's Primavera wine.

Featured Specialty cocktails:

"Parisian Passion"

a reimagining of a traditional French Martini with black current undertones featuring Absolut Passionfruit Vodka

"Bruleed Old Fash"

with bruleed seasonal fruit infusion featuring Old Forester.

Passed Canapes included:

Wild Mushroom Tartlet with Balsamic Glaze

and

Smoked Salmon Blini with Chive Cream Cheese

*A Silent Auction and Physical donations will be held during this cocktail hour.

Following the cocktail hour a 3 course sit down dinner begins.

this menu is Chef Crafted exclusively for this event

and expertly paired with wines from Potomac Point Winery

1st Course:

Salad of Figs and Crispy Prosciutto whipped goat cheese, candied pecans, balsamic honey vinaigrette, frisée lettuce Paired with Sauvignon Blanc

*Vegetarian Option available

Main Course: (choice of)

Slow Braised Beef Short Rib Bourguignon; Baby Carrots, Pearl Onions, Pancetta, aged cheddar polenta

Butternut Squash Risotto; Sage, Parmesan, crispy shallots, toasted pine nuts

Paired with Cabernet Franc

Dessert:

Poached Pear with Vanilla sauce, blackberry compote,

shortbread crumble Paired with Petite Mansung Dessert Wine

*Potomac Point Winery will be onsite to discuss and explain their wines

that are paired with each course

To close out the night, Hope House will be hosting a live auction

for exclusive luxury experiences

This one of a kind event is $200 per person.

Half of all proceeds from this event will be donated to hope house.

This is a limited seating event, reservations are required,

and pre-payment is required upon booking.

Due to the nature of this event all sales are final, payments will not be refunded if you need to cancel, however you may send someone else in your place.
